Erie First Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to lead and develop our physical education program for students in grades K–12. The ideal candidate will integrate biblical principles into teaching, foster a love for physical activity, and promote the development of healthy, active lifestyles that align with Christian values.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for students that promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy habits.

• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

• Foster spiritual, physical, emotional, and social growth through physical education.

• Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview into classroom instruction and student relationships.

• Assess and document student progress and provide feedback to parents and administrators.

• Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of PE facilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to Acquire Appropriate Clearances

• CPR and First Aid certification.

Spiritual Expectations:

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ

• Regular attendance at a local Christian church

• Agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct
